Volunteer with Teens Run DC

TRDC weekend programming is only possible with the support of our amazing volunteer crew. TRDC offers a variety of opportunities for volunteers to help youth build their confidence, social connectedness, physical fitness, and goal-setting skills. We welcome volunteers of all fitness and ability levels; no prior running experience is required. Join us as we run and walk together towards healthy and hopeful futures for DC youth! Please find a description of each volunteer opportunity below.
