    Join us for our monthly mentor training session! Trainings focus on topics such as adolescent development, building and sustaining strong mentoring relationships, and motivating youth to set and achieve running-related goals. Trainings will be held at 8:45am (immediately before practice). We will plan to meet outdoors at The Yards whenever possible; in the case of inclement weather, we will meet at Philz Coffee, just around the corner. Mentor trainings are open to all TRDC volunteers; attendance is mandatory for active Mentors.

    Join us for one of the most exciting races of the season at the Pacers Jingle All the Way 5K and 15K on Sunday, December 10! This fun, festive event is one of the highlights of the season, and our goal is to get as many members of the TRDC community as possible to participate! Race Day Info: This year, the Jingle All the Way 5K and 15K races will start and finish near the Washington Monument.     Our Schools

    For the 2017 – 18 season, Teens Run DC is partnering with eight schools where our team of Physical Activity and Life Skills Coaches work with students 2-4 days per week. TRDC Coaches lead our integrated physical activity and social emotional learning curriculum through a combination of in-school programming, school-wide wellness committees, and after-school running practices.
